My name is Yanique (Yaneek). Yes, I already know what you’re thinking “Yanique what a ‘unique’ name, or “you must be very ‘unique.” If I had a dollar for every time I have heard that in my 27 years of living, I would be a billionaire. I would be living comfortably on a secluded Island laid back with my feet up on a hammock, soaking up the sun, sipping on coconut water, and debt-free.

That is the dream of an introvert, but not my reality. Yaniquely Divine is my way of introducing myself to you. Normally, I live in my own bubble with little or nothing to say at all.

I often hear “Does she even speak?” Yes, I do speak, but I prefer to observe and listen. Writing has always been an effective way for me to release my thoughts. I decided to create this platform as a way of expressing my voice with the hopes that it will help someone on their faith journey. After three years of contemplating the how, what, where, and why, and countless hours of writer’s block, I am finally here to fearlessly express myself to the world.
